Grant program

The Middleton Tourism Commission grant program was created to enhance the attendee’s experience and assist event professionals in promoting their Middleton event. Grant recipients are selected based on their ability to attract overnight guests to Middleton hotels and generate revenue for local businesses and services.

The following are grants and sponsorships available through MTC & Visit Middleton:

  • Tourism Marketing & Development Grants
Tourism Marketing & Development Grants is available to events, conventions, conferences, and meetings held within a Middleton hotel property or with a qualifying room block at a Middleton hotel property. These funds can assist organizers with marketing and promotion, equipment rentals, and speaker/entertainment fees. (See full criteria)
  • Destination Partnership Grants
Destination Partnership Grants consist of Meeting/Event Sponsorships, Meeting Planner Incentives, and Special Project Sponsorships. These may be awarded to events/meetings that have aged out of the Tourism Marketing & Development Grant program and to new events/meetings–all which have overnight stays at Middleton hotel properties, and for tourism development projects or events. (See full criteria)

Funding is primarily intended to, but not limited to, bringing new events, conferences and/or conventions to Middleton that will generate overnight stays at Middleton hotel properties. Any type of group is encouraged to apply for a grant.
