Visit Middleton staff would like to help make every experience in Middleton a great one.

Allow us to assist with:

  • Save the Date postcards: we will create the cards and mail them to you for distribution
  • Event Flyers: One-pagers that list all the local events, attractions and restaurants during the time of your stay, nearest the hotel of your choice
  • Information Table: A free info table for Middleton set up at the hotel lobby with visitor guides, maps, event flyers, etc. to help your attendees plan their free time.

Grant Program

There are more perks to planning your event in Middleton. The Visit Middleton grant program was created to enhance the attendees' experience and assist event professionals in promoting their Middleton event. There are Tourism Marketing & Development Grants and Destination Partnership Grants, including special opportunities for meeting planners. Click below for brief descriptions and download an application. Grants are given based on met criteria, need, and available funding. 

Funding is primarily intended, but not limited to, bringing new events, conferences, and/or conventions to Middleton. Any type of group is encouraged to apply for a grant. Contact us for more information on the program.

Centrally located in southcentral Wisconsin, and just off of Highways 14 and 12, the City of Middleton truly makes for a fantastic travel stop.

  • Enjoy one of our nine hotel properties, all minutes from Downtown Middleton and 15 minutes from Downtown Madison.
