Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant is an upscale dining restaurant with a full-service bar, a private dining room, a Napa-style tasting room, and a retail gift shop. The 10,000-square-foot restaurant is inspired by Napa Valley’s Wine Country and believes that food and wine have the power to build lasting connections. Each dish on the menu is made fresh with peak-of-season ingredients and has a corresponding bin number to pair with the appropriate wine. Cooper’s Hawk makes more than 60 of its own wines, which can be sampled and purchased at the restaurant’s front tasting room.
