What once started in 1985 as a Salsaria & Southwestern Deli in the Madison Dudgeon-Monroe neighborhood has become a Madison-area icon and continues serving distinct, authentic flavors. The Cantina features time-honored and loved recipes, including mouthwatering quesadillas, enchiladas, tamales, tostadas, tacos and much more. Pasqual’s is also famous for their tequila bar and half-price margaritas on Tuesday nights. But what has really put this Cantina on the map are their Southwest-seasoned tortilla chips which , now available in big and small retailers Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, Northeastern Iowa and the Twin Cities.
