Serving homemade noodles and authentic Chinese dishes with flavors and techniques inspired from the Shanxi region of northern China and the Canton region of Southern China. Taigu wants to introduce some new tastes and authentic Chinese dishes, along with classic American-Chinese dishes, to downtown Middleton!
