The spring storywalk has ended. Stay tuned for information on the fall storywalk!
Join for the spring edition of the outdoor, interactive storytelling experience, featuring "Off to See the Sea," by Nikki Grimes.
Start at Middleton Public Library to pick up a map and a free copy of the book for the first 500 kids. Follow the marked route to visit 17 stops around Downtown Middleton, each featuring an illustrated poster with a page from the book (either in shop windows or on lawn signs outside the building).
This event is sponsored and hosted by the Middleton Public Library and Downtown Middleton Business Association (DMBA).
Off to See the Sea
“Night has fallen and Mom and Dad need to get their little one in the tub. To make it more fun, Mom brings a magical adventure out at sea to life, where the faucet is a waterfall, a rubber ducky is a sea creature, and the splashing water is a raging sea! In their ocean journey, Mom and Dad manage to get their little one clean just in time to dock for bedtime.”

Stop by the Middleton Public Library for a free copy of "Off to See the Sea." Books are available at the library's front desk for the first 500 kids.

A StoryWalk® allows families to follow a book, page by page, by visiting stops throughout Downtown Middleton. Each numbered stop will have an illustrated poster featuring a page from the book. This is Middleton’s 13th StoryWalk®.
