This burger is for meat lovers. Here’s the lineup: two hamburger patties, summer sausage, ham, bacon, three types of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo.

At Longtable, you can always expect a rotating burger that’s fit for the season and made with local ingredients. This season’s burger includes Highland Spring Farm grass-fed beef, chimichurri sauce, roasted cherry tomato, and Wisconsin pepper jack cheese on a Clasen brioche bun.
