Artist description: Julie Vornholt, has been painting since she could hold a paint brush and hasn’t stopped yet. After earning a B.F.A. in Painting from Herron School of Art + Design in Indianapolis, she moved to Madison, WI where she paints just about everyday. Her murals are about creating an environment lush with nature and graphic elements mixed in. All of her work is free handed which allows the art to grow and remain natural. Julie is also the artist behind the murals at Grace Coffee Co. and another Greenway Station mural. You can watch an Instagram video of the design being painted here.
