While in-person festivities are sadly on hold for this year’s Good Neighbor Festival, that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop. The organizers of Middleton’s annual celebration are taking events online for Good Neighbor Week from Aug. 24-30 — enjoy specials at Middleton restaurants, participate in a virtual 5K and much more!
Many of Middleton’s restaurants will offer specials throughout the week to help raise funds for Good Neighbor Festival’s trustee organizations. A full list of participating restaurants can be found on the Good Neighbor Festival website.
Virtual 5K Run/Walk & Yoga
Want to get active during Good Neighbor Week? Register for the festival’s virtual 5K — you can run or walk the route any time during Good Neighbor Week. All participants will receive a T-shirt, and all completed entries will be eligible for door prizes from festival sponsor Willy Street Co-op. Participants must register by Saturday, Aug. 15, and can run the route any time between Aug. 22-30.
Another great activity happening during Good Neighbor Week is Harbor Athletic Club’s free yoga session at 9 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 30. Follow Good Neighbor Festival’s Facebook page for more details.
Follow the clues given out at the start of Good Neighbor Week and submit photos and written responses for your chance to win in this fun scavenger hunt. Pre-registration is not required, and entrants with the most correct answers will be eligible to win Willy Street Co-op gift cards!
