Summer Fun Events in Middleton

Whether it’s festivals, carnivals, air & auto shows, live music or a farmers market — this summer’s lineup has something for everyone.

Here are some of the bigger events going on in Middleton this summer (check back for updates or check out our calendar of events page)!

EVERY THURSDAY
Stop by the Greenway Station Farmers Market from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., every Thursday!

MOST FRIDAYS
Capital Brewery & Bier Garten often have live music in the bier garten on Friday summer nights. Music usually begins at 6 p.m. and goes until 10 p.m.

JULY

Pancake Breakfast Fly-in, July 10
Drive or fly in for the EAA Chapter 93 Pancake Breakfast, 7:30 a.m. to noon, Sunday, July 10, at Morey Airport in Middleton! Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children, all you can eat!

Middleton Chamber’s Bogey Boogie, July 20
The Middleton Chamber Bogey Boogie Golf Outing starts at 10 a.m. Registration is still open to participate in this fun annual event at Pleasant View Golf Course in Middleton!

Rock the Ramp, July 22
Come Rock the Ramp at Capital Flight on Friday, July 22! This free event takes place at Morey Field, Middleton, and is the world’s largest pre-OSH (Oshkosh Air Show) fly-in bash. There will be planes, food, an aerobatic airshow, live music, silent auctions, raffles, family-friendly fun and a big evening close-out event. Rock the Ramp is free for spectators and all proceeds from auctions benefit the Badger Honor Flight.

KEVA Live Concert Series: Ashley McBryde, July 23
KEVA Sports Center in Middleton is bringing back its KEVA Live Concert Series! Come listen to Ashley McBryde from 5:30-10 p.m., Saturday, July 23, at KEVA. Tickets on sale here.

Paint & Sip, July 28

Middleton’s own Hidden Cave Cidery is hosting a Paint & Sip Night Thursday, July 28 — if in the area, make sure to reserve your spot! Hidden Cave is a locally owned and operated cidery using only Wisconsin-grown apples.

AUGUST

International Mustard Day, Aug. 6, 2022
The National Mustard Museum in downtown Middleton paints the town YELLOW every year on National Mustard Day (always the first Saturday in August). This year, they have lots of fun activities, games and live music planned. The day is family-friendly and lasts from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All downtown parking is free — hope to see you at the quirkiest place in town!

Cruise-In: Cars Curing Kids, Aug. 13
Capital Flight is hosting its second invitational Cruise-In featuring plans and autos on Saturday, Aug. 13, at Middleton Municipal Airport. This event raises funds for Cars Curing Kids, a pediatric research fund at the American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison. There will be food trucks, live music by Ben Wagner, silent actions, 50/50 raffle and of course, plenty of planes and cars to view. More details here.

Good Neighbor Festival, Aug. 26-28
Middleton’s largest festival, Good Neighbor Festival, is a two-day experience with a carnival, parade, arts & crafts, games, live music, food and more. This year’s theme is The Sky is the Limit!

SEPTEMBER
