$30 ticket includes a 50 min reservation on Friday Feb. 11th for two, a 16 oz bottle of our Chocolate Hazelnut hard cider, a brownie made by Origin Bread using Wm. Chocolate, and a scoop of Sassy Cow vanilla ice cream. The $60 ticket includes two of each item and a reservation for four.

Our Chocolate Hazelnut hard cider is a blend of McIntosh, Cortland, Gala, Fuji, Jonathan, Pinova, and Red Delicious apples all sourced from West Ridge Orchard in Gays Mills, Wi.

Flavored by a 10 day infusion of dark chocolate from Ghana, sourced by Wm. Chocolate In Madison, Wi. The single origin smooth, full bodied chocolate has moderate sweetness and a little bitterness.

Once the rich chocolate flavor is achieved we add hazelnut and a touch of golden honey from Gentle Breeze in Mt. Horeb, Wi.
