A Beer, a Bite and a Brewery

Madison’s Delta Beer Lab (Tim Piotriowski, “Pio”) is doing their best to revolutionize the industry, and we’re not just talking about serving beer in chem lab equipment. It’s not enough that the brewery is one more solid addition to a Madison beer scene that only started to really find its footing in the past three years or so, or that they make “gimmick” beers that are actually, y’know, good (Cocoa Krispies Porter FTW!). No, Delta Beer Lab truly believes in both “doing well and doing good,” partnering with local nonprofits to advance social awareness and justice, and paying their employees more than a living wage without relying on tips. Beer has always been a community drink, one to encourage good conversation as much as it does a good buzz.

Speaking of which, you want to hear about the beer. Your four-pack will include one can each of Coffee Brown Ale, Blackberry Cobbler fruited gose, a fresh batch of hazy IPA, and a very special beer: a barleywine ale aged on J. Henry whiskey barrels for a whopping two whole years. Each participant will also receive a swag bag with Delta Beer merchandise, and we’ll have a few more special prizes for giveaways during the Zoom session.
