Wood-fired Sauna Sessions & Live Music

Join Hidden Cave Cidery on Saturday, April 18, for wood-fired sauna + cold plunge sessions.
For a 60-minute session, move in and out of the hot sauna and the cold plunge as you feel fit. Follow it up with a local cider with flavors like blood orange or lemongrass lavender (sold separately).
Everyone is welcome. Please bring a water bottle and two towels. Wear whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty/wet in! There are two large gender neutral bathrooms on site. Private group sessions can be made by booking all 6 sauna seats for a given time slot. Please save alcohol for AFTER the sauna.
Mexsal Mobile will be at the Cidery starting at 5 p.m. and live music will begin at 5:30 p.m.!
