This night’s for the “wait—I knew that!” crowd.
Round up your sharpest (or loudest 😉) crew and join Hidden Cave Cidery for an evening of cold cider, relaxed vibes, and some friendly brainpower competition.
🌮 Caracas Empanadas rolls in at 5pm serving up beef, chicken, and sweet plantain empanadas with roasted garlic—plus house-made sauces you don’t want to miss.
🧠 Trivia starts at 6pm, hosted by the fantastic Premier Trivia!
🏈 And for the sports fans, we’ll have the Packers vs. Bears game up on the projector during the event.

Chili Cook-off: A Showdown of Local Flavors
Join Holy Wisdom for their first-ever chili cook-off featuring acclaimed chefs Evan Dannells, Dan Marek and Felipe Saint-Martin. Each chef will prepare a unique chili dish featuring local ingredients sourced from their favorite local farmers. Guests will then vote to crown the chili champion. All proceeds from the event benefit REAP’s mission to build a resilient local food system.
