Event Series Event Series: SUP Yoga at Marshall Boats
Join Marshall Boats and SUP Yoga on beautiful Lake Mendota and enjoy an incredible yoga session. Paddle out and clip into our yoga anchor and enjoy a flow-focused session with our incredible instructor, Emily. The practice is 50 minutes, followed by a leisure paddle back to Marshall Boats and light refreshments to finish the evening.
Strengthen your core and improve balance as you flow with the rhythm of the water. Experience the calming blend of gentle waves, fresh air, and mindful movement. Find your flow, embrace the wobbles, and reconnect with nature—because yoga feels better on the water.
No experience? No problem!  Expert instructors will guide you through every pose with ease.
