Presenter Bio:
Elizabeth Crawford started cooking professionally 30 years ago. She taught herself by following great chefs such as Jacque Pepin, Julia Child, Alice Waters and more. She travelled to Paris every year in January for 1 week (15 times!) to learn more. She had the great fortune to work for the Penzey family in the original Spice House in Milwaukee for over 10 years. She loves to share what she knows, telling stories along the way.
