Celebrate the changing seasons with music, friends, and family at this free concert featuring Karen Wheelock. Join us for afternoon refreshments & music from 1:30-2:30 p.m.; you are welcome to enjoy the park shelter as long as you like.
This family friendly & dementia friendly event is hosted by the Middleton Senior Center and Dementia Friendly Middleton-West Madison.
Karen Wheelock is a singer/songwriter, who has a passion for playing for seniors. She knows firsthand how powerful music can be for those with cognitive impairments, so she plays a range of songs that most seniors will be able to sing along to. From old standards like “You Are My Sunshine” to the Beatles, Karen’s performance will have something for everyone!
