Join Willy St. Co-op West from 6 – 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 12, to learn about mushrooms and how to prepare them for optimal nourishment and healing. This presentation will offer an overview of mushrooms’ health benefits and medicinal qualities. The instructor will offer ideas for preparing mushrooms and recipes for inspiration. In the hands-on component, we will make a variety of mushroom condiments, delicacies, and medicine that everyone will take home. Recipes contain milk.
Registration is $40 for Willy St. Co-op members and $50 for those who are not.
