Kindled Community Sauna at Miggy’s Bakes

Come on out to the outdoor patio area outside of Miggy’s Bakes for an evening of wood-fired community sauna sessions from 4 – 7 p.m., Wednesday, March 4.
Miggy’s will also be hosting a mini cake decorating happy hour during this time!
For a 60 minute session, cycle through the wood-fired sauna, cool down outside, rest, rehydrate and repeat at your own pace. Maybe decorate a cake before or after? Sauna stimulates creativity!
Arrive wearing whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty/wet in. Some folks wear a bathing suit while others choose light athletic clothing. Bring a towel, a full water bottle and slip on shoes. Indoor restrooms are available for use and your belongings can be set inside during your session.
An email will be sent out to sauna goers a day or two ahead of time with some details, reminders and a waiver to sign.
These are community style sessions where you will sit alongside up to five others who have saved their seats for the same timeframe. Booking all six seats of the sauna for a particular time slot will give you/your group a private session.
