Learning Leadership from Dogs

Humans and dogs have been associated in a beneficial symbiotic relationship dating back to over 35,000 years.

In this presentation from 6 – 7 p.m., May 19 at the Middleton Public Library, you will be introduced to various dog breeds, the typical behavior patterns they possess, and what we can learn from our ‘best friends’ about effective leadership.

About the presenter: Aditya Simha is a Professor of Management at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. He teaches and researches topics in leadership, business ethics, and organizational behavior. He has published leadership books on topics such as the Harry Potter series, Dogs, and the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series, besides numerous journal articles and book chapters.
