Kids on the Prairie monthly explorations are for children and their adult family members. This is a FREE experience, open to the public and provided by Holy Wisdom Monastery and volunteers from the Friends of Wisdom Prairie and Sunday Assembly.
August 11 Event: Lost Lake Creatures
Who lives in the lake? Take a look at the tiny critters that feed all the residents of Lost Lake. Observe the Painted Turtles and explore the trails around the Lake for signs of other creatures.
As we strive for awareness of the delicate balance that allows diverse forms of life to exist, we will learn about our role as humans who care for the earth.
Meet at the kiosk in the upper parking lot of Holy Wisdom Monastery. Plan on walking and exploring the nature trails. ๐ซ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.
