Forest Whales

  • This event has passed.

A 56-foot, life-size inflatable gray whale is coming to Middleton from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., on Friday, July 31, and she can’t wait to meet you! Clara the whale brings hands-on marine science and paleontology to life for the whole family. Step inside her belly, hold Megalodon teeth, touch a narwhal tusk, and see other replica bones up close. Discover what makes whales some of the most remarkable animals on Earth!

This event features:

  • A full-size walk-through whale experience
  • Hands-on fossils and marine specimens for all ages
  • Fun facts and stories from a presenter who has introduced Clara to 12,000 kids in 2026 alone

Registration Appreciated.

This event takes place at Northside Elementary School (3620 High Rd. Middleton.) The wait time to enter the whale may be long, but don’t worry – your librarians will have lots of entertainment options while you wait.
