Flower Dissection: cut apart, sketch, write, wonder
WHEN:
February 15, 2026 @ 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm
WHERE:
It’s that time of year when flowers are cut off of plants in masses, put in vases, and are destined to wilt on table vases… So let’s CHOP EM UP instead and see what we can learn! Love or hate Valentine’s day, this should be a fantastic event for the naturalist in you.
Special request: If you can bring a flower to this event please let me know so that I don’t overbuy. DM me with what type of flower you think you might bring (we’ll want a variety). If you aren’t able to bring any, consider donating $3-$5…but still come if you aren’t able to—no is is keeping tabs! Wishlist: I’m particularly looking for 3-4 white carnations so we can do a rad science experiment.
