With the holidays now upon us, it’s time to save the date for the year-end get-together. Tim Cornett has graciously agreed to host the EAA Chapter 93 in his beautiful, large hangar (details below). We expect a large turnout for this event; we expanded the invitation to include Madison-area aviation organizations like Friends of C29, Women In Aviation and Waunakee Airport Pilot’s Association. If you know other aviation lovers that would like to be a part of this year’s celebration, please feel free to share this email.

Please bring a favorite main or side dish, salad or dessert to pass (please no bags of wchips). The Chapter will provide a hot dish, hot apple cider and water. You are welcome to bring your own spirited beverage.

Chili Cook-off: A Showdown of Local Flavors
Join Holy Wisdom for their first-ever chili cook-off featuring acclaimed chefs Evan Dannells, Dan Marek and Felipe Saint-Martin. Each chef will prepare a unique chili dish featuring local ingredients sourced from their favorite local farmers. Guests will then vote to crown the chili champion. All proceeds from the event benefit REAP’s mission to build a resilient local food system.
