Meet the author, Susan ‘Jazz’ Mendenhall, at 11 a.m., April 2, at Kylee’s Gift Cottage.
Jane, an 83-year-old widow, sets out to rediscover herself after her husband’s death by creating a list of twelve goals. Along the way, she navigates grief while finding new purpose, independence, and joy in her later years.
One who values the principles of simple living, relishes one-on-one conversations, a storyteller, painter, and an author. Her daily mantra? ‘Finding the sacred in the everyday and the extraordinary in the ordinary’. Jazz has a studio in her home named Rumley.
