This event will feature engaging talks from UW-Madison experts and REAP Food Group, who will share the latest news and research.

Working at REAP Food Group for over eight years now, Noah played a key role in coordinating and designing events, managing the Farm Fresh Atlas, and fostering collaboration among local farmers, businesses, and organizations. Now, he leads a project to develop a Food Action Plan for Dane County, working with the community to shape a regional food system that prioritizes equity, sustainability, and community resilience. Through his work, Noah is dedicated to empowering people to make meaningful changes in the food system that reflect their values and needs.

Alfonso Morales, PhD (Northwestern), is Professor of Urban and Regional Planning (College of Letters and Sciences) at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He is originally from rural New Mexico with roots in family farming there and in West Texas. He has established a nationally and internationally recognized and policy-relevant program of research on street vendors and marketplaces that has described the organization and consequences of marketplace processes historically and across populations. He has extensive experience with students in community-based outreach and research

Join EAA Chapter 93 and Morey Airplane Company at their annual pancake breakfast on July 13, 2025 This event will take place at the Middleton Municipal Airport and will offer all-you-can-eat pancakes, eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, coffee, milk, and orange juice. In addition to a delicious breakfast, planes and first responders’ vehicles will be on display.
