Join artist Meghan Rosing on the main level of the library for a drop-in “Scrapwork” event utilizing paper and fabric scraps to create colorful art from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 28.
This all-ages activity offers the opportunity to use templates or to design your own creations. No registration is necessary.

Live Bagpipers at Craftsman Table & Tap
