Spring has arrived and several Middleton establishments are offering specials, deals and family-sized meal kits just in time for Easter. Check below to see which Middleton restaurants are offering special meals – available while supplies last – but make sure you get those orders in soon.

Clasen’s European Bakery
7610 Donna Drive, Middleton
Clasen’s European Bakery in Middleton not only offers a wide selection of breads and rolls, but shoppers will find a full array of baked dessert items, as well. For the season, Clasen’s is offering its signature ham in sourdough, consisting of a 2½- to 5-pound boneless ham, packed with brown sugar and pineapple, wrapped in sourdough bread and baked to perfection. Orders must be placed by March 31 for pickup before Easter. Call or order online here.
Additionally, Clasen’s offers Easter chocolates, bunnies, chocolate egg-shaped baskets with truffles, egg-shaped pound cakes and so much more. Hubbard Avenue Diner

Hubbard Avenue Diner is offering a ham dinner with mashed potatoes, veggies, dinner roll and pie. Prices are $18.99/for one; $36.99/two people; $64.99/four people; $94.99/six people. There are also add-ons available that include: a cookie decorating kit, mimosa kits, mac and cheese, take-and-bake quiche, and take-and-bake cinnamon rolls.

Krenare’s Custom Desserts
Put a little spring in your step by ordering one of Krenare’s Custom Desserts. Pre-order for the following via direct messaging on Facebook (click here) or by phone. Pre-orders must be placed before April 3 for April 4 pickup at Sofra Family Bistro in downtown Middleton.
- Six-inch, double layer chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse and topped with fresh berries, wrapped in chocolate lace, $30
- Chocolate-covered strawberry and rose tower, $45
- Easter baskets filled with peeps, hot cocoa bombs, cakesicles, chocolate mousse mini round cakes and chocolate candies, $30-40.
Longtable Beer Cafe

Longtable Beer Cafe, a downtown restaurant, has created take-and-make Easter meals which include either Straight Forward Farm roasted leg of lamb or Fox Heritage smoked honey ham. Sides include: Yuppie Hill Farm deviled eggs; spring salad with Vitruvian greens, sliced strawberry, candied walnuts and Greek yogurt poppyseed dressing; roasted Driftless Organics red potatoes; roasted Driftless Organics brussels sprouts with crispy Nueske’s bacon; rolls and butter. Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting comes with the meal, as well.
Prices are $80 (serves 2-3); and $150 (serves 4-6). Longtable does not offer indoor dining at this time but you can order carryout or delivery here . They will accept orders while supplies last and pickup times are April 2-3.

Sofra Family Bistro

Sofra Family Bistro in downtown Middleton is offering two Easter lunch specials to choose from but must be pre-ordered only from March 27-April 3 by calling the restaurant during business hours. Pre-order pickup is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday, April 4.
Carryout Easter special options include your choice of braised lamb shank served with garlic mashed potatoes, vegetables, side salad and dinner roll for $24.95; or lasagna with a side Caesar salad and bread roll for $21.95. Both specials also come with an order of flan for dessert.Categories:
